Food being prepared in a kitchen, the kind of work the planned ProjectFREE culinary program will train

Coming in 2026

The food truck initiative.

Life Skills 4 is the culinary program: a commercial kitchen on site and a working food truck, with paid training and certifications. It is planned for 2026. It is not open yet, and ProjectFREE is working hard to make it happen.

Many adults with disabilities have been paid below minimum wage for decades. This is a way to build steady work instead. Read about the culinary program.
